Harish Sadani runs an organisation called Men Against Violence and Abuse (MAVA), a one-of-a-kind organisation of feminist Indian men, that portrays patriarchy as a common enemy of women and men. Harish is an Ashoka Changemaker Awardee, with a Masters in Social Work from TISS. The impact of the work Harish does on gender and masculinity among young men in India has been documented by Government of India and Harvard University’s South Asia Institute. Harish has been passionately running multi-sector developmental programs on gender and health for over 26 years!
